🚚 Hino Trucks Emissions (2024)
The case alleges that Hino Motors misrepresented emission levels and exceeded regulatory limits with certain Hino trucks. 🤳 Instagram Biometric Privacy (2023)
Instagram violated Illinois’ Biometric Information Privacy Act, allegedly collected and stored biometric identifiers and/or biometric information through the use of Instagram’s social media platform without complying with BIPA’s requirements. 🚖 Uber Safe Rides Fee (2022)

💻️ Facebook Biometric Privacy (2021)
Facebook allegedly collected and stored the biometric data of Facebook users in Illinois without the proper notice and consent in violation of Illinois law as part of its “Tag Suggestions” feature and other features involving facial recognition technology. 📱 iPhone Performance (2020)
Plaintiffs claimed that a performance management feature introduced for iPhone 6, 6 Plus, 6s, 6s Plus, and SE devices in iOS 10.2.1, and introduced for iPhone 7 and 7 Plus devices in iOS 11.2, diminished the performance of some of those devices. 🫒 Bertolli Olive Oil (2019)
